I believe in a way of eating that sustains you by eating nutrient dense foods that will encourage optimal health.
I believe in avoiding processed foods, junk foods, preservatives and dyes. Eating “good whole food” that will decrease inflammation and stabilize blood sugar levels as the goal.
Eating the “real” foods that God has provided for us. Going back to nature and eating vegetables, fruits, pasture raised animals and “good for you” fats, is the diet I prescribe to.
This way of eating goes by several different names. Paleo, Whole Food, Clean Eating. All guaranteed to make you feel better, look better, lose weight, double your energy, improve your moods, bring a glow back to your skin and help you manage any auto immune issue or illness you may have.

A Lifestyle Change I Can Live With.
I have been struggling with an extra 10 lbs. for a few years and was watching my weight creep up on me. I tried kicking up my cardio, eating healthier and cutting back, none of which had any effect on the layer of fat around my middle.
After 30 days I had lost 5 lbs. and over the past few weeks I have continued to lose more. At my yearly physical I dropped 9 lbs. from last year’s weight and I have lost a clothes size.
It has been much easier than I would of thought and it’s a lifestyle change that I will stay committed to. Her advice and counsel made the difference.
